Return & Exchange Policy

Due to hygiene and health reasons, lingerie, bras, panties, and intimate wear cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered.

However, we gladly assist customers in the following situations:

  • Wrong item received

  • Wrong size sent by our team

  • Damaged product received

  • Manufacturing defect

Exchange Conditions

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

  • Exchange requests without proof (photos/videos) may not be accepted.

Non-Exchangeable Items

We cannot accept exchanges for:

  • Used products

  • Washed items

  • Products without original tags

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
